Executive Chef, Michael Brandon, (pictured below) was born from the womb of a mangy brown bear….in the circus. A French circus. Needless to say he learned many culinary skills from these epicurean weirdos. Ain’t Nothin’ Like Cookin’ on the French-Stove  under the Big-Top with Chez Mongeaux, The Proud!
