We have found a spot near the Stadium Court Apartments, on the corner of 12th and 8th (across from GameDay Apartments, a block off of the Strip and a block off of the Northwest corner of the stadium. An update on our progress: Because of changes mandated by the health department, which actually didn’t need to happen, bureaucrats, we incurred some suspension problems because of weight distributions. This has delayed the truck delivery by two weeks. That was two weeks ago! None the less, spirits are high, the website is coming along (thanks to Carlton Smith) and all we can think about is serving...
